WARRANTY
Kenco Corporation warrants the bucket, clamp, lift, and coupler items to be free from proven defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year or 1500 hours, whichever occurs first, from the date of delivery to the original end user. Kenco warrants the hydraulic kit to be free from proven defects in material or workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery to the original end user. For components not manufactured by Kenco Corporation, Kenco extends to the end user only the warranties of the component suppliers.
This warranty is limited to replacement of such parts as shall appear to Kenco upon inspection, at point of manufacture, to be defective in workmanship. This warranty shall not extend to any Kenco bucket, clamp, lift, coupler, or hydraulic kit that has been improperly installed or maintained. Defects judged to be caused by improper storage after leaving point of manufacture will not be warrantable.
This warranty does not cover:
a) The cost of any repairs, alterations, or replacement parts without authorization from Kenco Corporation Engineering Department (724-238-3387).
b) Any failure resulting from incorrect fitting or maintenance.
c) Any work carried out by any fitter or engineer not appointed by Kenco Corporation Engineering Department.
d) Misuse or operating beyond the capacity for which the equipment was designed.
e) Consequential loss such as: oil, grease, and machine down-time.
This warranty shall not extend to buckets, clamps, lifts, couplers, or hydraulic kits which have been altered or repaired without the prior written consent of Kenco Corporation Engineering Department. Kenco may require that any part with an alleged defect be returned to the point of manufacture. A written statement covering any alleged defect must accompany all such parts Kenco requests to be returned for warranty consideration, and such parts must be returned to Kenco Corporation via prepaid freight. Any parts not requested to be returned with a warranty claim must be kept by the End User for 60 days. Kenco may request the return of the parts anytime during those 60 days. After 60 days, the parts may be destroyed. All warranty claims should be submitted within 30 days from the date of repair or replacement of the defective part. Kenco will not accept claims filed after 90 days from the date of repair. No warranty claim will be accepted without a Kenco Warranty Claim Number obtained from Kenco prior to submittal of the claim. Wear parts, such as pins and bushings, are subject to normal wear and are not considered for warranty claims.
DUE TO CONDITIONS BEYOND KENCO'S CONTROL, SUCH AS SYSTEM CONTAMINATION AND OVERHEATING, HYDRAULIC HOSES ARE NOT CONSIDERED FOR WARRANTY.
The warranty becomes void if maximum hydraulic flow and pressure ratings are exceeded for the specific machine. Further, due to different makes and models of equipment, valve location and hose routing may vary. Kenco is not responsible for hose or fitting damage after installation.

This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other representations and warranties expressed or implied. Kenco Corporation explicitly disclaims and excludes any implied warranty or merchantability for a particular purpose. In no event shall the End User be entitled to any consequential, incidental, or contingent damages of any kind, whether arising out of breach of contract, warranty (including negligence and strict liability) or other theories of law, with respect to products sold or services rendered by Kenco Corporation, or any undertakings, acts, or omissions relating thereto.
KENCO CORPORATION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE/UPDATE THESE POLICIES AS CONDITIONS MAY DEMAND.
